  • Accommodation in the selected category hotel or resort on double/twin sharing basis.
  • Meal plan as booked (Room Only / Daily Breakfast / Half Board), served at the hotel.
  • All airport, inter-city and sightseeing transfers by private air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver.
  • Domestic flight, coach and ferry tickets between the towns of the itinerary where the route calls for them.
  • Cross-border coach or private transfer between Singapore and Malaysia where the route calls for it, including road tolls and border formalities assistance.
  • All road tolls, inter-state charges, parking, fuel and driver allowances.
  • A local representative on arrival and 24x7 coordination from the destination desk.
  • One bottle of drinking water per person per day while on tour.

Not included

  • International airfare to and from Singapore or Malaysia, and airport taxes on it.
  • Entrance fees, tickets and activity charges at the places the day programme names — Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay, the Singapore Flyer, cable cars, towers, island-hopping and mangrove boats, museums and parks. Quoted on request or paid direct at the gate.
  • A separate accompanying guide; the driver is not a licensed guide.
  • Singapore Arrival Card, Malaysia eVISA / Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) fees, and travel insurance.
  • Optional tours and activities not named in the programme.
  • Meals other than those stated, room service, alcoholic and bottled beverages, laundry and personal expenses.
  • Compulsory Gala Dinner supplements over Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Hari Raya.
