    Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Leave for Cameron Highlands — a 200 km, three-and-a-half-hour drive up the Simpang Pulai road. Malaysian tea country at 1,500 metres — BOH plantations combed into the hillsides, strawberry farms and a mossy cloud forest on the ridge. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the BOH tea plantation and its hillside tea factory. Overnight in Cameron Highlands.

    Cameron Highlands: Mossy Forest boardwalk below Gunung Brinchang

    Breakfast at the hotel. A full day in Cameron Highlands — the Mossy Forest boardwalk below Gunung Brinchang; the strawberry, cactus and butterfly farms; and the Sam Poh Temple and the Time Tunnel museum. The evening is free for dinner and a walk on your own. Overnight in Cameron Highlands.

    Cameron Highlands to Taman Negara

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Leave for Taman Negara — a 180 km, four-hour drive across the peninsula. A rainforest 130 million years old, entered by longboat at Kuala Tahan, with the longest canopy walkway in the world strung through it. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the canopy walkway high in the primary rainforest. Overnight in Taman Negara.

    Taman Negara: Lata Berkoh rapids by longboat

    Breakfast at the hotel. A full day in Taman Negara — the Lata Berkoh rapids by longboat, an Orang Asli settlement visit with a blowpipe demonstration and a night jungle walk with a park naturalist. The evening is free for dinner and a walk on your own. Overnight in Taman Negara.
