An 11-day fixed-departure pilgrimage tracing important places associated with the Ramayana across North India and Nepal. Starting from Lucknow, the journey covers Naimisharanya, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Chitrakoot, Varanasi, Buxar, Patna, Janakpur, Sitamarhi and Gaya, concluding with Pind Daan rituals at the Falgu River.

    Day 1

    Arrival in Lucknow — Naimisharanya Excursion

    The group assembles in Lucknow and proceeds to Naimisharanya, an ancient sacred forest mentioned in Vedic and epic traditions. Visit Chakratirth, Vyasa Gaddi, Suta Gaddi, Dadhichi Kund and Misrikh Temple. After completing the pilgrimage visits, return to Lucknow for the overnight stay.

    Day 2

    Lucknow — Ayodhya

    After breakfast, proceed to Ayodhya, the sacred birthplace of Lord Rama. Take a holy dip or spend prayer time at the Sarayu River, subject to local conditions. Visit Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dasharatha Mahal and Valmiki Ramayana Bhavan.

    Ayodhya — Shringverpur — Prayagraj

    Depart from Ayodhya for Prayagraj. En route or after arrival, visit Shringverpur, associated with Lord Rama's journey during exile. Continue to Triveni Sangam, Bade Hanuman Temple, Akshayvat and Veni Madhav Temple. Rituals and boat services at the Sangam are subject to local arrangements.

    Prayagraj — Chitrakoot

    Travel to Chitrakoot, where Lord Rama, Sita and Lakshmana are traditionally believed to have spent an important period of their exile. Visit Ram Ghat, Sati Anusuya Ashram, Gupt Godavari, Sphatik Shila and Hanuman Dhara. The sequence may change according to local timings and accessibility.

    Day 5

    Chitrakoot Sightseeing — Varanasi

    Continue exploring the sacred landscape of Chitrakoot. Visit Kamadgiri Parvat, Bharat Milap, Bharat Koop, Ram Darshan and Ganesh Bagh. In the afternoon, depart for Varanasi and check in at the hotel on arrival.

    Varanasi Spiritual Circuit

    Begin with darshan at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Continue to Annapurna Devi Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, Bindu Madhav Temple, Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple and ISKCON Temple. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat and enjoy a boat ride, subject to river conditions and local permissions.

    Varanasi — Buxar — Patna

    Depart from Varanasi and travel to Buxar, associated in Ramayana tradition with Lord Rama's battle against Tataka. Visit Siddhashram and Shri Ram Temple. After completing the visits, continue to Patna for the overnight stay.

    Day 8

    Patna — Janakpur, Nepal

    Drive from Patna to Janakpur in Nepal, traditionally regarded as the birthplace of Sita Devi and the location of her marriage to Lord Rama. Complete the required India–Nepal border formalities and visit Janaki Mandir and Vivah Mandap. Valid travel documents must be carried as per prevailing regulations.

    Day 9

    Janakpur — Sitamarhi — Patna

    Depart from Janakpur and cross back into India. Stop at Sitamarhi, traditionally associated with the discovery of Sita Devi by King Janaka. Visit Panoura Dham and Sitamarhi Temple before continuing to Patna for the overnight stay.

    Day 10

    Patna — Gaya & Bodh Gaya

    After breakfast, drive to Gaya, an important destination for ancestral rituals and moksha traditions. Visit Vishnupad Temple and Sita Kund. Continue to Bodh Gaya, where Gautama Buddha attained enlightenment, and explore the Mahabodhi Temple complex and other sacred sites according to available time.

    Day 11

    Pind Daan in Gaya & Tour Conclusion

    On the final day, perform Pind Daan at the Falgu River or another designated ritual site in Gaya, following local religious procedures. The ritual is associated with Lord Rama's offerings for his father, King Dasharatha. After completing the ceremony and receiving blessings, proceed to the railway station, airport or confirmed onward departure point. Priest and ritual-material charges should be confirmed separately.
