The old port of the Melaka Sultanate — a Dutch red square, Portuguese ruins and the antique shops of Jonker Street. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the Dutch Square, Christ Church and the Stadthuys. Overnight in Malacca.

The closest sea to Kuala Lumpur — a calm strait, an ostrich farm and the Cape Rachado lighthouse on its headland. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the Blue Lagoon and Teluk Kemang beach.
