    Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar. Clear immigration and baggage, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel in Sanur. The sunrise side of Bali — a lagoon behind a reef, a five-kilometre beach path and the fast-boat jetty for the Nusa islands. The rest of the day is free to settle in. Overnight in Sanur.

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Leave for Nusa Penida — a forty-minute fast boat from the Sanur jetty. A limestone island off the south-east coast — cliff viewpoints, manta rays and roads that are still an adventure. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the Kelingking Beach cliff viewpoint. Overnight in Nusa Penida.

    Breakfast at the hotel and check out. Leave for Ubud — a fast boat to Sanur and an hour inland. The cultural heart of Bali in the foothills — rice terraces, a palace, a monkey forest and a gallery or a gamelan on every lane. Check in on arrival and, as the day allows, the Tegallalang rice terraces and a swing over the valley. Overnight in Ubud.
