    Proceed early to Sonprayag and continue by locally operated transport to Gaurikund. Begin the trek to Kedarnath Dham. Pilgrims may trek on foot or independently arrange pony, pithu, palanquin or helicopter services at additional cost and subject to availability.     After morning darshan, trek down from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and continue to Sonprayag. Meet the vehicle and transfer to Guptkashi or Sitapur. This overnight stay provides an operational buffer in case the Kedarnath movement is delayed because of weather, trekking conditions, helicopter operations or medical reasons.
